Tudor Acid returns to the Tudor Beats label with a new album which picks up on the his move towards live improvisation around acid and Electro. Over the last 3 years, Tudor Acid has been working with London based radio station Threads Radio on different projects to produce live acid and electro on Roland boxes. This has been augmented by a fresh focus on gigging. Gigs have happened with Planet Mu artist Meemo Comma, Kosmische Funk specialist Xylitol along with many others. The threads radio live stream on 2 April 2020 was widely regarded as a highlight of the Tudor Acid live oeuvre.

'The Pier' is an album focussed on beats, lyrical melodies and beats.

There's been radio play from RTE 2FM (IE) and RTE RnaG (IE), CJSW (Calgary), Byte FM (DE), Duna Radio 89.7 (CL), Radio Alternativa 21 (PT), RTE RnaG (IE), and WESU 88.1FM (US).
